This special screening by our friends over at the Tennessee Archive of Moving Image & Sound traces the life and times of the fabulous Reed Sisters, a local teenage Country-Western Rock and Pop group, and their persistent attempt to achieve a dream of being big stars. This documentary features recent interviews with the sisters, friends and fans and a treasure trove of unforgettable archival footage from their iconic Oak Ridge cable-access variety show. The film promised a fun and fascinating dive into the wonders of 1970s public access TV with some surprising, sometimes unsettling twists and turns.
