Starting at the south end of the Henley Street Bridge, this driving tour makes a broad loop around South Knoxville, which is the largest, and least linear, of the city sectors. The tour take in notable Civil War Forts, industrial icons, sections of the Urban Wilderness, some neighborhood that are worth visiting, as well as cemeteries and literary sites that inform the city’s culture.
Total driving distance is approximately 22.6 miles starting at ending on the Henley Street Bridge spanning the Tennessee River.
