Good Evening, DID the DICKINSON ESTATE of KNOXVILLE TENN. Ever own a HENRY O.TANNER OIL on CANVAS painting; of a painted scene of the Streets in building of Tangiers with a single wheel cart horse and a villager beside the horse along the streets of Tangier also blue skies. I’m trying to find something about the background or the provenance of this painting.
