Say hello to the real Scruffy! Scruffy is based on a pup named Hans.  Hans was born in 2019 and adopted as a puppy by the Stahl family.  Although he was named Hans, he acquired a plethora of nicknames over the years, one being “Scruffy”.  Since Knoxville also has the nickname “The Scruffy City”, we felt that Scruffy was the only choice when it came time to naming our new little character!
