Likely the biggest and noisiest World’s Fair event of this 40th anniversary year will be on Saturday, May 21, a fair after the fair planned by Visit Knoxville. We’ve got to be there, too, and Knoxville History Project will have a booth with some free material, including a new game book for kids assembled by our own Nicole Stahl. Jack Neely will be there, and pulling from his recent research and his memories as a World’s Fair crowd-control thug, will give talks and lead a tour or two.
