This new version of the popular Rose Glen Literary Festival is a one-day event “celebrating the words and creativity emerging from our beloved Appalachian Mountains by bringing together authors, young poets, publishers, and book lovers.”
Paul James, will share his experiences as Director of Publishing for KHP, which has published 20 books with Jack Neely. Our range of titles includes the local bestseller Historic Knoxville: The Curious Visitors Guide, as well as Historic Bearden, Downtown Knoxville, Knoxville Lives I-V, and our latest, Knoxville Beer: A Short History of the City’s Breweries. Paul will discuss working with local designers and print shops to publish affordable Trade Paperback books, particularly using blurb.com.
